Fitbit Inc

EVP, GC & Secretary Andrew Missan unloaded 10,000 Fitbit shares, in a single transaction dated June 06, esteemed at $143,500. The shares were sold via automatic sale program. Missan now owns 35,000  shares of the company, valued at $502,600.

Andy Missan has served as Fitbit Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since March 2013. From 2009 to 2012, Andy served as VP and General Counsel at Bytemobile, Inc., a mobile video optimization company.

Galena Biopharma Inc

Former CFO Ryan Dunlap disposed 128,875 Galena shares, in a single transaction dated June 1, valued at $276,588. Dunlap now holds 18,702 shares, worth $40,396.

The company announced the departure of Mr. Dunlap as CFO on December 11, 2015. Mr. Dunlap also served as the Director of Accounting at Vestas Wind Systems A/S, a public company that manufactures wind turbines and constructs wind parks, and in the Corporate Audit department at Nike, Inc., planning and executing operational and financial audits and leading Sarbanes Oxley implementation and maintenance teams.

Qorvo Inc

VP and President of Infra. & Defence James Klein disposed 2768 Qorvo shares, in two transactions dated June 6, valued at $152,240. Klein still holds 1,289 shares, valued at $1,571,073. Klein has served as Corporate Vice President of Infrastructure & Defense Products since January 2015
