“We expect in-line results from SVMK when the company reports its fourth quarter as a public company on Thur. 8/1 AMC. We believe the top line will benefit from accelerating Y/Y growth in paying users, driven primarily by strong execution in Enterprise/Teams, while the lapping of packages/price increase (as well as the monetization of free users) is likely to cause a sequential slowdown in ARPU. We believe management will reiterate guidance, which calls for accelerating growth in 2H19 (+20% at the midpoint). We maintain a positive stance on the stock, a Buy rating and $22 PT. 2Q19 Results. We expect $72.7M (+17.1% Y/Y) in revs and ($2.1M), or -2.9% margin, in non-GAAP Operating Income, in-line with consensus estimates of $72.7M/($2.1M). We note that management guided to $72-73M in revs and -4% to -2% in Non-GAAP Operating margin.”
