SunTrust Robinson Keeps Their Buy Rating on Yext Inc (YEXT)

SunTrust Robinson analyst Naved Khan maintained a Buy rating on Yext Inc (YEXT) today and set a price target of $30. The company’s shares closed yesterday at $20.67.

Khan said:

“We believe that Yext remains in an early phase of its growth and mgt. focus remains squarely on executing against the LT opportunity, even as the evolving offering further increases the offering’s appeal and expands the TAM. While mid-size sales headcount appears to be ramping well, we see limited impact on NT growth and view it as a positive catalyst for FY21, as the effort gathers critical mass. Step-up increases in lease costs is likely to pressure FCF over the N/M term with leverage following as the top line grows at 30%+. in our view.”

According to TipRanks.com, Khan is a 5-star analyst with an average return of 21.3% and a 73.6% success rate. Khan covers the Technology sector, focusing on stocks such as Endurance International, Wix.com Ltd, and trivago NV.

Yext Inc has an analyst consensus of Moderate Buy, with a price target consensus of $29.50.
