Canadian Imperial Bank (CM) Gets a Hold Rating from National Bank


A Wall Street analyst has provided a review for the Financial company today, but retained the same rating on the stock. National Bank’s analyst Gabriel Dechaine reiterates their Hold rating on the shares of Canadian Imperial Bank (CM), with a C$110 price target.

According to TipRanks.com, Dechaine is ranked #397 out of 5263 analysts.

Canadian Imperial Bank has an analyst consensus of Hold, with a price target consensus of C$113.83, implying a 12.2% upside from current levels. In a report released yesterday, Barclays also maintained a Hold rating on the stock with a C$104 price target.

Based on Canadian Imperial Bank’s latest earnings release for the quarter ending July 31, the company reported a quarterly revenue of C$7.2 billion and net profit of C$1.39 billion. In comparison, last year the company earned revenue of C$6.5 billion and had a net profit of C$1.37 billion.
