B.Riley FBR Reaffirms Their Buy Rating on Gentherm (THRM)

In a report released today, Christopher Van Horn from B.Riley FBR reiterated a Buy rating on Gentherm (THRM), with a price target of $55. The company’s shares closed yesterday at $39.

Van Horn said:

“Gentherm (THRM) continues to outperform underlying production rates while award activity remains strong, despite facing macro automotive headwinds. The company’s fit-for-growth initiative continues to provide tailwinds to the margin profile while new awards for battery thermal management and CCS active seats are exceeding expectations. We believe the continued focus on new business opportunities sets the company up for robust secular growth through 2021, and likely beyond. In addition, we view the company’s climate-sense technology as a significant opportunity, particularly for the electric vehicle market, as well as traditional automotive applications.”

According to TipRanks.com, Horn is a 3-star analyst with an average return of 1.3% and a 48.2% success rate. Horn covers the Consumer Goods sector, focusing on stocks such as Standard Motor Products, Cooper Tire Rubber, and Dorman Products.
