The second of pivotal phase 3 trial assessed the safety and efficacy of two different doses of the drug. Preliminary data suggests that both doses met the primary endpoint of the study with statistical significance. Both doses proved to be safe and well-tolerated in patients, with the most common side effect being diarrhea. LinkedIn Corp (NYSE:LNKD) shares fell more than 5% in pre-market trading to $215.37 after the business networking giant reported better than expected second-quarter results, but lowered organic H2 guidance, citing ongoing weakness in its high-margin Display Advertising segment.
