Yext Inc (YEXT) Receives a Rating Update from a Top Analyst

In a report released yesterday, Brent Bracelin from KeyBanc maintained a Hold rating on Yext Inc (YEXT). The company’s shares closed yesterday at $20.37.

Bracelin noted:

“We are lowering our revenue estimates slightly to factor in further SMB declines but still expect enterprise momentum to sustain 30%-plus growth. and large-deal momentum drove upside. Revenue grew 33% y/y to $63.8M driven by outsized growth within the enterprise and mid-market segments, partially offset by decelerating trends within SMB. The latter segment has fallen to less than 6% of sales vs. 14% in 2016 as Yext focuses additional sales investments on the enterprise. That said, large enterprise success continues to build. The Company added ~128 new enterprise customers vs. ~80 a year ago and ~80 last quarter. Large-deal momentum continued with 169 deals >$100K in contract value and 18 contracts over $1M, which is more than double y/y.”
