Stifel Nicolaus Remains a Hold on Facebook (FB)


In a report released yesterday, Scott Devitt from Stifel Nicolaus maintained a Hold rating on Facebook (FB), with a price target of $175. The company’s shares closed yesterday at $182.58.

Devitt observed:

“We remain Hold rated on shares of Facebook with a 12-month DCF-driven $175 TP, or 20x 2020 EPS.”

According to TipRanks.com, Devitt is a top 100 analyst with an average return of 22.3% and a 71.8% success rate. Devitt covers the Technology sector, focusing on stocks such as Lyft Inc Class A, Paypal Holdings, and Eventbrite Inc.

Currently, the analyst consensus on Facebook is a Strong Buy with an average price target of $197.17, which is a 8.0% upside from current levels. In a report issued on April 22, BMO Capital also maintained a Hold rating on the stock with a $190 price target.
