Fee income of $29.0 mil. beat our $28.2 mil. estimate. Negatives. Expenses of $53.4 mil. were above our $52.1 mil. and Street at $53.0 mil. A lower-than-expected LLP drove $0.02 of the EPS beat vs. our estimate ($0.01 vs. Street). Average NIB deposits declined -$32 mil. (or -3.2% q/q).”
