RBC Capital Thinks Cascades’ Stock is Going to Recover


A Wall Street analyst has provided a review for the Consumer Goods company today, but retained the same rating on the stock. Cascades (CAS) received a Buy rating from RBC Capital’s analyst Charan Sanghera, with a C$14 price target.

According to TipRanks.com, Sanghera is ranked #3199 out of 5127 analysts.

Currently, the analyst consensus on Cascades is a Moderate Buy with an average price target of C$14.21, implying a 42.1% upside from current levels. In a report issued on January 4, Scotiabank also reiterated a Buy rating on the stock with a C$15.25 price target.

Cascades’ market cap is currently C$941.6M and has a P/E ratio of 5.2. The company has a Price to Book ratio of 0.60.

Cascades, Inc. produces, converts and markets packaging and tissue products composed mainly of recycled fibres. It operates through the following business segments: Containerboard, Boxboard Europe, Specialty Products and Tissue Papers.

The company’s shares closed on Monday at C$10, close to its 52-week low of C$9.15.
