Pivotal Research Thinks Arrow Electronics’ Stock is Going to Recover


Pivotal Research analyst Louis Miscioscia maintained a Buy rating on Arrow Electronics (NYSE: ARW) today and set a price target of $98. The company’s shares opened today at $73.34, close to its 52-week low of $72.31.

Miscioscia observed:

“We move our full year 2018 EPS estimates to $8.65, vs prior $8.49, but keep our revenue estimate at $29b. Our PT remains $98, or ~11x our 2019 EPS of $9.10 for ~30% appreciation potential. Our Buy rating is based on continued strong organic demand and ongoing share gain in both the component and IT system distribution operations.”

Miscioscia has an average return of 3.9% when recommending Arrow Electronics.
