Oppenheimer Maintains Their Buy Rating on Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Inc (WH)

In a report released today, Ian Zaffino from Oppenheimer maintained a Buy rating on Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Inc (WH), with a price target of $69. The company’s shares opened today at $52.

Zaffino said:

“4Q18 EPS of $0.58, beat our $0.53 estimate, owing to higher licensing/other fee and La Quinta contributions. Revenues of $527M also beat our/Street’s $495M/ $497M estimates, while adjusted EBITDA of $125M beat our/Street’s $122M/$124M estimates. System-wide rooms improved 11% YoY (+2% organically), while global RevPAR grew ~8% YoY (+2% CC). 2019 guidance calls for revenues of $2.11-2.16B and adjusted EBITDA of $605-620M (5-7% organic). We adjust 2019E EBITDA to $612M, from $640M, as Puerto Rico ramps back up and laps the insurance benefits while LQ synergies materialize as planned (vs. our/Street’s faster-than-expected assumptions). Maintain Outperform.”
