Oppenheimer Assigns a Hold Rating on Quality Systems

In a report released today, Mohan Naidu from Oppenheimer assigned a Hold rating to Quality Systems (NASDAQ: QSII). The company’s shares closed yesterday at $15.05.

Naidu observed:

“Quality Systems reported 4Q numbers that beat expectations at $136M/$0.16 vs. consensus of $132M/$0.13. Bookings came in at $37M, up 9% including the acquisition bookings. Management noted strong pipeline strength in the RCM segment and expected to convert some in FY19. Further, management reaffirmed its goal of high single digits growth in FY20 (and leading toward 20% operating margin) on the heels of the upsell to the existing customers. While it is encouraging to see new client traction, we believe Dream needs to provide a significant portion of the growth to achieve this goal. Weakness in the physician market place will continue to limit upside. Remain Perform.”
