Jefferies Believes IAC/InterActiveCorp (IAC) Won’t Stop Here

Jefferies analyst Brent Thill maintained a Buy rating on IAC/InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ: IAC) yesterday and set a price target of $240. The company’s shares closed on Friday at $197.20, close to its 52-week high of $202.86.

Thill noted:

“IAC remains a top mid-cap pick and despite recent outperformance we continue to believe the stock is undervalued. We estimate that IAC’s non MTCH/ANGI businesses (which trade at a negative ~$4B value) will do more revenue this year than RDFN, TTD, and CHGG combined. Trading at just ~14x ’19 EBITDA (45% discount to peers) and a >$4B SOTP discount, valuation remains compelling. We raise our PT from $225 to $240.”

According to TipRanks.com, Thill is a top 100 analyst with an average return of 19.7% and a 75.7% success rate. Thill covers the Technology sector, focusing on stocks such as Match Group Inc, Alphabet Inc, and Wix.com Ltd.

The word on The Street in general, suggests a Strong Buy analyst consensus rating for IAC/InterActiveCorp with a $230.30 average price target.
