H.C. Wainwright Thinks Microvision’s Stock is Going to Recover

H.C. Wainwright analyst Kevin Dede maintained a Buy rating on Microvision (MVIS) today and set a price target of $3.50. The company’s shares closed on Friday at $0.63, close to its 52-week low of $0.51.

Dede noted:

“of the world’s largest consumer electronics show should wow those that pay attention. Late last week, MicroVision issued press spotlighting its upcoming demonstrations of its latest technological capability at CES 2019, Las Vegas, January 8-11. While our regular commentary of MicroVision’s technological advancements in the various functions of its laser-based optical engines, such as our September 10 note, Buy, has frequently focused the spotlight specifically on the technology per se, we thought it prudent to step up and call attention to the latest 63c stock price and $59M market cap in advance of the wares MicroVision demonstrates at CES, versus afterwards as has been our custom.”

According to TipRanks.com, Dede is ranked 0 out of 5 stars with an average return of -24.6% and a 20.2% success rate. Dede covers the Consumer Goods sector, focusing on stocks such as Top Image Systems, SuperCom, and Resonant.
