Guggenheim analyst Robert Drbul reiterated a Buy rating on National Vision Holdings Inc (EYE) today and set a price target of $46. The company’s shares opened today at $31.86, close to its 52-week low of $29.55.

Drbul observed:

“We recently hosted a series of meetings in San Francisco with members of the EYE management team including CEO Reade Fahs, CFO David Mann. Overall, we remain confident in EYE’s ability to continue to gain share in the $35bn U.S. optical retail market given its industry leading value proposition. Additionally, we would use the recent pullback as an incremental opportunity to accumulate (-29% vs. the the past three months) as we believe EYE’s L-T growth aspirations remain on track. We reiterate our BUY rating and $46 PT. We continue to believe EYE is well-positioned in an attractive industry in which value chains are gaining share from independents.”
