Franklin Covey Company (FC) Gets a Buy Rating from B.Riley FBR


B.Riley FBR analyst Zach Cummins reiterated a Buy rating on Franklin Covey Company (FC) today and set a price target of $30. The company’s shares opened today at $25.08.

Cummins observed:

“We attended Franklin Covey’s (FC) Investor & January 17. The event took a deeper dive into the FC business, which was further supplemented by product and content demonstrations from a handful of FC executives. We came away from the event with three key takeaways: 1) reaffirmed confidence in FC’s competitive positioning within the training and performance improvement market; 2) a deeper understanding of the company’s All-Access Pass (AAP) subscription offering and its value proposition for customers; and finally, 3) the validation of the potential scalability of the recurring revenue business model as FC pursues the underpenetrated market opportunities in the Enterprise and Education segments.”
