“FactSet reported solid 2QFY19 operating results. ASV grew 5.9% year/year organically while organic revenue grew 5.7%; both decelerated modestly but remain at healthy levels. Adjusted EPS grew ~14% to $2.42 (vs. our/Street’s $2.33/2.34 estimates). Adj. operating margin of 33.2% improved sequentially and Y/Y and easily exceeded our 32.0% estimate. FDS maintained FY19 revenue guidance, calling for revenue of $1.41-1.45B, and raised the low end of its EPS range by $0.05 to $9.50-9.65 (reflects upside 2Q results and lower tax rate assumption). We await further commentary on the conference call. Maintain Perform rating; our estimates are under review.”
