Enpro Industries Gets a Buy Rating from Oppenheimer

Oppenheimer analyst Ian Zaffino maintained a Buy rating on Enpro Industries (NYSE: NPO) today and set a price target of $100. The company’s shares closed yesterday at $73.97.

Zaffino commented:

“Helped by strength in nearly all segments, but challenged by profitability declines in heavy-duty trucking and Power Systems, NPO reported 1Q18 adjusted EBITDA of $52M compared to our/Street’s $54M/$52M. Revenue of $368.8M improved 9.1% YoY helped by strength in semiconductor, food & pharma, general industrial, metals & mining, and oil & gas, partially offset by declines in nuclear and continued softness in industrial gas turbine. With favorable momentum across a majority of the markets it serves, management raised 2018 guidance which now calls for revenue growth of 6-8% YoY (3-5% previously) and adjusted EBITDA of $224-230M ($216-222M previously). We raise our 2018 EBITDA to $227M from $222M. Maintain Outperform.”
