Enova International Inc (ENVA) Received its Third Buy in a Row

After Stephens and JMP Securities gave Enova International Inc (NYSE: ENVA) a Buy rating last month, the company received another Buy, this time from Maxim Group. Analyst Michael Diana reiterated a Buy rating on Enova International Inc today and set a price target of $40. The company’s shares closed yesterday at $23.05.

Diana noted:

“4Q18 results were solid with revenue above guidance and other key metrics in line. Credit quality (the most important success factor, in our view) has remained stable — and as expected — as loans have grown. Management introduced 2019 guidance that was consistent with consensus, though below our estimates. We are lowering our EBITDA & EPS estimates. Based mainly on lower estimates, we are lowering our price target to $40, from $43, which represents a discount to the valuation of LendingClub (LC – Buy).”

According to TipRanks.com, Diana is a 5-star analyst with an average return of 5.3% and a 57.2% success rate. Diana covers the Financial sector, focusing on stocks such as First Savings Financial Group, Westamerica Bancorporation, and Pennantpark Floating Rate.

Enova International Inc has an analyst consensus of Strong Buy, with a price target consensus of $34.
