Coming out of this fiscal year (ending June 2019), we believe that the ramp in production commitments with a expected improvement in visitor/viewership monetization trends at WildBrain, the launch of the new SVOD service with the cost reduction efforts will drive stronger adjusted EBITDA growth in FY20 than what is reflected by the 6% increase currently included in consensus estimates. We are reiterating our Buy rating and C$4.00 PT.”
