Cross Country Healthcare Receives a Hold from Oppenheimer


Oppenheimer analyst Michael Wiederhorn maintained a Hold rating on Cross Country Healthcare (NASDAQ: CCRN) yesterday. The company’s shares closed yesterday at $12.61.

Wiederhorn commented:

“CCRN reported Q1:18 adjusted EPS of $0.06 (GAAP: $0.05) compared to OPCO/ Street estimates of $0.02 and guidance of $0.01-$0.03. The company was encouraged by the progress of the transient items that impacted results late in ’17 and early ’18 and expects to return to normalized growth in 2H:18. We note that cash flow was strong yet again, and OCF now stands at an impressive $57M over the last 12 months. As for Q2, the company guided toward adj-EPS of $0.04-$0.06 (OPCO/ Street: $0.11/$0.12E). Following the quarter, we are largely maintaining our 2H:18 estimates, but are still tweaking our FY2018/2019 EPS estimates to $0.50/$0.71 from $0.51/$0.78.”
