Cimpress (CMPR) Gets a Buy Rating from Barrington

In a report released today, Kevin Steinke from Barrington maintained a Buy rating on Cimpress (CMPR), with a price target of $100. The company’s shares opened today at $83.91, close to its 52-week low of $76.76.

Steinke noted:

“We are encouraged by continued sales growth for small business products, indicating that demand remains solid. We expect advertising to be reduced at least through the second half of FY/19. Once operational issues are fixed and advertising spend is restored, we believe Vistaprint’s growth will rebound. Following a 28% pullback in the stock yesterday, we view shares as attractive for patient investors. Our reduced price target of $100 (down from $135) assumes an EV/NTM EBITDA multiple of 11x versus the current multiple of 10.4x (based on our estimates). With 20% upside to our price target, our investment rating is OUTPERFORM.”

According to TipRanks.com, Steinke is a 1-star analyst with an average return of -3.1% and a 45.1% success rate. Steinke covers the Services sector, focusing on stocks such as Cross Country Healthcare, Heidrick & Struggles, and Navigant Consulting.

The word on The Street in general, suggests a Hold analyst consensus rating for Cimpress with a $93 average price target.
