Parikh wrote:

“Following the 7%+ decline in shares on 2/5, we are reinstating CHD as a top pick. Last week, we removed CHD as a top pick, as we were fearful of the potential for a below-plan guide in a high-expectation setup. With the reset now out of the way, we believe investors can again focus on a still attractive outlook for CHD. We continue to feel comfortable with 3%+ organic sales growth and 8% EPS growth with a likely higher quality delivery in 2019 vs. 2018. M&A optionality could represent upside to our base case. CHD pullbacks tend to be less frequent, and we believe the recent weakness should be bought.”

According to TipRanks.com, Parikh is a 5-star analyst with an average return of 15.4% and a 63.3% success rate. Parikh covers the Services sector, focusing on stocks such as Blue Apron Holdings Inc, United Natural Foods, and Wal-Mart Stores Inc.

The word on The Street in general, suggests a Hold analyst consensus rating for Church & Dwight with a $65.80 average price target, representing an 8.8% upside. In a report released yesterday, Jefferies also assigned a Buy rating to the stock with a $75 price target.
