Cantor Fitzgerald Remains a Buy on Exlservice Holdings


In a report released today, Joseph Foresi from Cantor Fitzgerald maintained a Buy rating on Exlservice Holdings (NASDAQ: EXLS), with a price target of $71. The company’s shares closed yesterday at $57.81.

Foresi observed:

“1Q18 revenues beat estimates. 1Q18 revenue was $207.0 mn, vs. our estimate of $201.8 mn and the FactSet consensus of $203.7 mn. Revenue growth was 13.1% y/y, and +11.9% y/y in constant currency (cc). Revenues got somewhat of a boost from the recently acquired Health Integrated. Adjusted EPS was $0.64, in line with the consensus, but below our estimate of $0.66. Adjusted operating margin was 12.8%, down 180 bps y/y and below the consensus of 14.1%.”
