BMO Capital Keeps a Hold Rating on Corus Entertnmnt B (CJR.B)

Based on Corus Entertnmnt B’s latest earnings release for the quarter ending May 31, the company reported a quarterly GAAP net loss of C$936 million. In comparison, last year the company had a net profit of C$28.92 million.

Corus Entertainment, Inc. is a media and entertainment holding company, which engages in the provision of radio broadcasting, specialty television, digital audio services, and cable advertising services. It operates through the Television and Radio segments.

The company’s shares closed on Thursday at C$3.90, close to its 52-week low of C$3.62.
