“We expect first quarter revenue of $38.7 million, up 5.4% from $36.7 million last year; adjusted EBITDA, which excludes one-time items, foreign currency gains/losses on intercompany balances and stock-based comp, of $3.4 million, up 2.7% from $3.3 million last year; and a net loss per share of $0.08, compared to a net loss per share of $0.10 last year. The FactSet consensus calls for revenue of $38.9 million (two estimates of $38.7 million and $39.0 million), adjusted EBITDA of $2.7 million (two estimates of $2.1 million and $3.4 million) and a net loss per share of $0.12 (two estimates of -$0.15 and -$0.08).”
