B.Riley FBR Maintains Their Buy Rating on LiqTech International Inc (LIQT)


In a report released yesterday, Liam Burke from B.Riley FBR maintained a Buy rating on LiqTech International Inc (LIQT), with a price target of $12. The company’s shares closed yesterday at $8.55, close to its 52-week high of $8.84.

Burke said:

“LiqTech (LIQT) reported 1Q19 Y/Y revenue of $7.4 million compared to $2.4 million a year ago with EPS of $0.00 compared to a loss per share of $0.03 a year ago. The company reported that growth was driven primarily by marine-related revenue from demand for marine exhaust filtration systems that incorporate the company’s water filtration technology. Diesel particulate filter (DPF) revenue was roughly flat from a year ago at about $2 million. Revenue results were ahead of consensus estimates of $6.8 million by about $0.6 million. Although the company has stopped giving specific backlog forecasts in lieu of revenue guidance, the company did report that current backlog had seen strong growth from last report of 110 systems.”

Burke has an average return of 286.8% when recommending LiqTech International Inc.

LiqTech International Inc has an analyst consensus of Moderate Buy, with a price target consensus of $8, representing a -6.4% downside. In a report released yesterday, Craig-Hallum also reiterated a Buy rating on the stock with a $13 price target.
