B.Riley FBR Keeps Their Buy Rating on Ooma (OOMA)


In a report released today, Josh Nichols from B.Riley FBR maintained a Buy rating on Ooma (OOMA). The company’s shares opened today at $16.34, close to its 52-week high of $17.50.

Nichols wrote:

“Buy-rated Ooma, Inc. (OOMA, $20 PT) reports F4Q19 (Jan) results, after the close, on Tuesday, 3/5 (call at 5:00 p.m. ET; dial-in: 833.233.4456). We model revenue and EBITDA of $33.3M and ($0.9M), relative to consensus’ $33.2M and ($0.6M), as well as top-line guidance of $33.0M to $33.5M. Recall: Management increased FY19 guidance last quarter, with revenue guidance increasing from $125.5M–$127.5M to $127.5M–$128.0M and pro forma EPS improving from ($0.18)–($0.23) to ($0.16)–($0.18); we believe the company is well positioned heading into FY20. We met with management at CES in January, and the team is squarely focused on executing its growth plan now that the company has an expanded business platform with key feature enhancements.”
