B.Riley FBR Believes Red Lion Hotels (RLH) Still Has Room to Grow

B.Riley FBR analyst Eric Wold maintained a Buy rating on Red Lion Hotels (NYSE: RLH) today and set a price target of $14.50. The company’s shares closed yesterday at $12.10, close to its 52-week high of $12.70.

Wold commented:

“We are removing Corporation (RLH) from our Alpha Generator list but have not changed our opinion on RLH: We remain buyers, based on our favorable fundamental view of the stock and the company. We had originally added RLH to the Alpha Generator list on 11/14/17 in anticipation that the, then, 45% discount to the franchisor hotel peer group average EV/EBITDA multiple would narrow considerably as RLH successfully moved through its asset- light transition strategy; and we later chose to keep RLH on the Alpha Generator list when HNA Group announced its intention to sell its 3.7M shareholdings in anticipation that the removal of that stock overhang would also benefit RLH’s valuation.”

According to TipRanks.com, Wold is a 5-star analyst with an average return of 8.9% and a 58.7% success rate. Wold covers the Services sector, focusing on stocks such as Reading International Inc, Cinemark Holdings Inc, and National Cinemedia.
