B.Riley FBR Believes Gentherm (THRM) Won’t Stop Here

In a report released today, Christopher Van Horn from B.Riley FBR reiterated a Buy rating on Gentherm (NASDAQ: THRM). The company’s shares closed yesterday at $47.85, close to its 52-week high of $49.80.

Van Horn commented:

“We recently traveled with Gentherm (THRM) management and we continue to believe that THRM shares remain undervalued relative to potential growth opportunities in the company’s automotive products lineup including climate controlled seats/steering wheels, battery thermal management, and other related products. The company’s strategic vision involves divesting non-core assets while accelerating growth in its core automotive business and expanding margins, and in our estimation the company could pursue a bolt on technology acquisition at some point. Overall, THRM remains one of the more interesting names within the automotive sector, in our view, given its higher-than-average margins and its exposure to secular growth opportunities.”

According to TipRanks.com, Horn is a 4-star analyst with an average return of 8.4% and a 56.8% success rate. Horn covers the Industrial Goods sector, focusing on stocks such as Superior Industries International, Tower International, and Park-Ohio Holdings.

Gentherm has an analyst consensus of Moderate Buy, with a price target consensus of $46.60.
