Axon Enterprise Inc (AAXN) Receives a Hold from Ladenburg

In a report issued on November 7, Glenn G Mattson from Ladenburg maintained a Hold rating on Axon Enterprise Inc (AAXN). The company’s shares opened today at $51.75.

G Mattson observed:

“We believe the company is in a long-term transition period. In our view, the company is in the middle of a long-term business transformation where it is looking to overhaul the way policing gets done. The new RMS offering will be the backbone of this transformation. The vision would include having the RMS product taking in inputs from the Axon sensors in the field (weapons, body cams, in-car cameras, drones etc.) and automating much of the back-end processes that bog down police officers. This can make the officer more efficient, thus saving the agency significant money. Though the RMS is being released in mid-2019 the early versions will need years of R&D to get to the point of functionality that aligns with the vision, in our view.”
