“Wednesday pre-market on 5/23, back end test, contactor, and handler specialist Xcerra’s (XCRA) F3Q18 results of $115.7M (+4.9% Q/Q)/$0.24 were solidly ahead of Street and our forecasts. We initially summarized results in 5/24’s “Strong and now return to XCRA to recap those views and update FY18-20 forecasts. The pending COHU acquisition precluded both product and end market color in the quarter as well as an F4Q18 guide, with the limited information consistent with industry practices in these situations. So, based upon on-cycle reporting laterals, competitive analysis, and peer commentary at our 5/23-5/24 19 th Annual Conference, we adjust FY18-20 estimates with EPS rising by $0.04 each year to $1.03, $1.09 and $1.30, respectively.”
