Fidelity National Info (FIS)

In a report released today, Glenn Greene from Oppenheimer maintained a Buy rating on Fidelity National Info, with a price target of $118. The company’s shares opened today at $103.95.

Greene commented:

“FIS reported solid 3Q18 results with ~4% Y/Y organic/CC revenue growth and EPS of $1.33 (vs. our/Street’s $1.30 estimates). IFS growth was a surprisingly strong 5%, and management suggests sales activity has remained robust YTD and should continue in 4Q18. GFS growth improved Q/Q, while margins surprised to the upside. Management continues to suggest a healthy bank spending environment and related backlog growth. FIS tightened its FY18 guidance, which now anticipates ~3% Y/Y CC revenue growth and EPS of $5.20-5.24 (moderated $0.04 at midpoint), reflecting 22.5% EPS growth at midpoint (low double-digit growth ex net tax benefit and ASC 606 drag). We view FIS as attractive at ~18x our revised FY19E EPS. Maintain Outperform rating and $118 PT.”
