Bracelin observed:
“We are upgrading DATA to Overweight and raising our estimates slightly based on the prospects of improving fundamentals in 2H18 and into 2019. Quarterly results have been volatile since the Company first embraced subscription pricing in April 2017, and we have reduced our FCF estimates materially over the last two quarters. That said, we have increasing confidence that FCF could bottom during 2Q18 and reaccelerate in 2H18 as subscription revenue approaches 70% of the license mix vs. 28% last year.”
