Air Canada Vote & VV (AC) Receives a Buy from BMO Capital


In a new note to investors on December 14, an analyst has provided a rating update for the Services sector company, Air Canada Vote & VV (AC). The company received a Buy on December 14 from BMO Capital’s analyst Fadi Chamoun, with a C$42 price target.

According to TipRanks.com, Chamoun is a top 100 analyst with an average return of 15.8% and a 75.1% success rate. Chamoun covers the Services sector, focusing on stocks such as Kansas City Southern, WestJet Airlines Ltd, and Union Pacific Corp.

The word on The Street in general, suggests a Strong Buy analyst consensus rating for Air Canada Vote & VV with a C$35.60 average price target.

Based on Air Canada Vote & VV’s latest earnings release for the quarter ending September 30, the company reported a quarterly revenue of C$5.42 billion and net profit of C$645 million. In comparison, last year the company earned revenue of C$4.88 billion and had a net profit of C$1.79 billion.

Air Canada provides airline transportation services. The company engages in full-service airline, scheduled passenger and cargo services, serving more than two hundred airports on six continents. It operates flights in Canada, the USA, Latin America, Europe, Australia and Asia.

The company’s shares closed on Friday at C$25.43.
