Roth Capital Remains Bullish On Dot Hill Following Management Meeting
In a research report issued today, Roth Capital analyst Michael Staiger reiterated a Buy rating on Dot Hill (NASDAQ:HILL) with a price target of $7.00.
Staiger said, “We met with HILL’s management team yesterday and heard incremental commentary regarding pending new products, OEM launches and color on the coming server refresh cycle that we interpreted positively . Management also reiterated its guidance during an investor presentation, including its revenue outlook of $220M vs. ROTHe of $214.5M.”
The analyst added, “Recall that HILL recently reported revenues that were slightly below consensus and offered slightly lower forward guidance on its recent Q2 earnings call. We believe that the visibility of the timing of OEM customer ramps drove that change. What is new? We believe HILL is indicating increased visibility with its OEM product ramps driven by the following reasons.”
