Roth Capital analyst Jeff Martin reiterated a Neutral rating on Web.com Group (NASDAQ:WWWW) with a price target of $20.00, which represents a potential upside of 30% from where the stock is currently trading.
Martin wrote, “We believe WWWW shares will be range bound in the mid to upper teens for the next few quarters as the business faces some growth challenges. A $100mm share buyback can provide mid-term support, although we anticipate this will be funded from cash and operating cash flow, suggesting repurchases will be gradual. We peg $15 as a potential bottom based on 8x our revised 2015 adjusted EBITDA estimate. Maintain Neutral rating, awaiting return to meaningful growth.”
According to TipRanks.com, which measures analysts’ and bloggers’ success rate based on how their calls perform, analyst Jeff Martin has a total average return of 6.9% and a 50.0% success rate. Martin is ranked #1356 out of 3365 analysts.
