Oppenheimer Reiterates Perform On Buffalo Wild Wings As Earnings Growth Slows
In a research report issued today, Oppenheimer analyst Brian Bittner reiterated a Perform rating on Buffalo Wild Wings (NASDAQ:BWLD), following the company’s earnings release. No price target was provided.
Bittner noted, “’15 EPS guidance started at 18% (consistent with consensus), but visibility is lower than usual despite an earlier-than-expected price increase. Comps remain impressive (running +5%) and Street EPS estimates appear safe for now, which could drive a relief rally in the stock. Many that are familiar with our research know we like to have a bold stance, but the risk/reward appears rightfully balanced to us and we see shares as fairly valued. Any dramatic wing cost change is a near-term x-factor.”
According to TipRanks.com, which measures analysts’ and bloggers’ success rate based on how their calls perform, analyst Brian Bittner has a total average return of 13.4% and a 71.1% success rate. Bittner is ranked #269 out of 3349 analysts.
