Deutsche Bank Reiterates Buy On Walgreen Company, $67 PT
In a research report issued today, Deutsche Bank analyst George Hill reiterated a Buy rating on Walgreen Company (NYSE:WAG) with a price target of $67.00.
Hill noted, “Investors learned last week that outgoing Walgreens CFO Wade Miquelon is suing the company, alleging that CEO Greg Wasson and Boots Chairman Stefano Pessina made disparaging comments about Miquelon in meetings with investors following the company’s August 6 announcement. Miquelon is now one of a handful of Walgreens’ executives who have left the company over the last few months, as we believe the Boots executives are beginning to gain the upper hand in the combining organization. We maintain our Buy rating on WAG shares on attractive valuation and potential for positive revisions. “
According to TipRanks.com, which measures analysts’ and bloggers’ success rate based on how their calls perform, analyst George Hill has a total average return of -1.4% and a 53.6% success rate. Hill has a -0.6% average return when recommending WAG, and is ranked #2581 out of 3349 analysts.
