Deutsche Bank Maintains Hold On Lear Corp. Shares, $104 PT
In a research report issued today, Deutsche Bank analyst Rod Lache maintained a Hold rating on Lear Corp. (NYSE:LEA) with a price target of $104.
Lache wrote, “Lear reported adjusted EPS of $1.93; slightly ahead of our $1.91 estimate and consensus of $1.89. Revenue of $4.23bn was slightly below our $4.29bn est. But total company operating margin was 5.9%; ahead our 5.6% est. Core operating earnings were $251MM vs. our $242MM est. As we suggested could be the case in our preview, margins in Electrical were stronger than expected (13.3% vs. DBe of 11.2% and 10.9% in Q3’13) and seating was slightly weaker (5.5% vs. DBe of 5.7% and in-line with 5.4% in Q3’13). We are maintaining out Hold recommendation based on valuation.”
