3D Systems: With No New Gremlins In Final 3Q14 Results, The Bottoming Story Is Intact, Says Oppenheimer
In a research report sent to investors today, Oppenheimer analyst Holden Lewis reiterated an Outperform rating on 3D Systems Corp (NYSE:DDD) with a $57 price target, following the company’s third-quarter results, posting Non-GAAP EPS of $0.18 edged consensus ($0.17E).
Lewis noted, “3D Systems’ 3Q14 report was as expected, though to be fair, it pre-released results October 22. Still, the absence of any more surprises is a short-term positive. We think our thesis was reiterated: organic growth rates and margins have likely troughed as new products enter the market and spending moderates, and easy comps should boost NTM growth. Joined with a relatively compelling valuation, we believe the set- up for 3D Systems heading into 2015 is excellent.”
