xG Technology Inc’s (XGTI) Vislink Business Secures $1.2 Million Order from Major News Organization for Wireless Camera Systems; Shares Rose


xG Technology Inc (NASDAQ:XGTI) announced that its Vislink business has received an order valued at approximately $1.2 million for wireless camera systems from a major worldwide news organization.

The systems have been purchased for deployment throughout the U.S. for ad-hoc, untethered newsgathering production and operations. They will be utilized to provide live, real-time coverage of major news events, including both scheduled and breaking events, special reports and other features. They will also be used to support live in-studio system applications.

Shares of XG Technology are currently trading at $1.43, up $0.07 or 5.15%. XGTI has a 1-year high of $34.68 and a 1-year low of $1.17. The stock’s 50-day moving average is $1.49 and its 200-day moving average is $1.27.
