In the past 10 days, COO Sheryl Sandberg unloaded 138,339 Facebook shares, valued at $16,412,457. The shares were sold via automatic sale program. Sandberg now holds 3,977,344 of the company’s shares that are valued at $471,869,735. According to TipRanks, Sheryl Sandberg has an average return of 43.7% and a 100% success rate. Sandberg is ranked #10548 out of 35838 corporate insiders.

Prior to Facebook, Sheryl was vice president of Global Online Sales and Operations at Google, chief of staff for the U.S. Treasury Department during the Clinton administration, a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, and an economist with the World Bank.

International Business Machines

SVP Jon Iwata yesterday disposed 19,866 International Business Machines shares, valued at $3,151,407. Iwata now holds 34,853 of the company’s shares that are valued at $5,555,734.

SVP Bridget Van-Kralingen on November 10 sold 855 shares, valued at $135,355. Van-Kralingen now holds 4,629 of the company’s shares that are valued at $737,353.
